IMPORTANT Some people cannot have the flu vaccination. On the day of your vaccination clinic, you will be asked to complete a medical consent form.

Do not proceed to booking an appointment if:

• You are allergic to hens eggs or chickens
• You have had an allergic reaction to a flu vaccination before
• You are allergic to Neomycin or Gentamicin (antibiotics)
• You are pregnant (if so, please refer to your GP or a Pharmacist)
• You are aged 65 or over (if so, you are eligible for a specific flu vaccine from your GP)

If any of these apply to you, you WILL NOT be given a vaccination on the day, do not proceed to booking an appointment.
